Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Customers may cancel preorders for a full refund before the order ships.

Orders Canceled by Jaytolmes TCG
If Jaytolmes TCG cannot fulfill an order because of distributor allocation, inventory availability, or another fulfillment issue, the customer will receive a full refund for the affected merchandise.
