Shipping Policy

Jaytolmes TCG is an independent online Pokémon TCG retailer based in California. We take care to package every order securely and provide tracking whenever available.
In-Stock Orders
In-stock products generally ship within 1–3 business days after an order is placed.
Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent using the email address provided during checkout.
Preorder Shipping
Preorder products ship after inventory is received by Jaytolmes TCG.
The estimated arrival date shown on each product page is the date we currently expect to receive the product. Once inventory arrives, preorder orders generally ship within 1–3 business days.
Manufacturer, distributor, carrier, allocation, or other supply-chain delays may change an estimated arrival date.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout or on the applicable product page before purchase.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an error is noticed, customers should contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a package appears lost, damaged, or has another delivery issue, customers should contact us with their order number. Customers should keep all packaging and take photographs if an order arrives damaged.
