Preorder Policy

Estimated Arrival Dates

Any date listed as “Expected in-hand,” “Expected arrival,” or similar wording is an estimate based on the information available to us at the time and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Release schedules and inventory arrival dates may change because of manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, allocations, or circumstances outside our control.

When Preorders Ship

Once preorder inventory arrives at Jaytolmes TCG, orders generally ship within 1–3 business days of arrival.

Tracking information will be provided when the order ships.

Distributor Delays

If a distributor or manufacturer delays a product, Jaytolmes TCG will update affected customers when meaningful new information becomes available.

The preorder will remain active unless it is canceled under our cancellation policy.

Allocations

Trading card distributors sometimes reduce retailer allocations.

If Jaytolmes TCG does not receive enough inventory to fulfill an order, affected customers will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled portion of their order.

We will not substitute a different product without customer approval.

Mixed Preorder and In-Stock Orders

We recommend placing preorder and in-stock products as separate orders. If products with different availability dates are purchased together, the entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment.
